GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS (GDPR) POLICY MAY 2018

 

At “Time for” (Suzie Blanche) I am committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of all my clients.

 

• The general information I hold is:  Name, Address, Telephone Number/s, Email address.

• I collect hand-written data from my clients concerning their health.  This is only to ensure that the chosen type of massage is medically safe.

• No data is computerised and all data is kept securely at my home address.

• No data is ever passed on to anybody else.

• If, after three years, a further massage has not been booked all data is securely destroyed.

• No credit or debit card details are taken from clients.

• If you purchase a gift voucher for a massage I shall need to collect hand-written data from the recipient of the gift voucher.  In the event that it would be medically unsafe to proceed with a massage a refund will be given, less the cost of room hire where relevant.

• I shall not send marketing emails or letters about special offers to clients unless requested.  If clients do request them they may request to stop receiving them at any time.

• Clients may visit my Facebook page.  It is the client’s decision whether to request information from me via Facebook or not.

• Clients have the right to access and amend any personal data that I hold by contacting me at info@suzieblanche.co.uk
